Legal information

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of mrhbazhni.com, customer accounts, tourism activity bookings, payments and the relationship between travellers, ZHNI AGENCE and independent local guides.

Please read these Terms carefully before submitting a booking. Product-specific information displayed on an activity page forms part of the booking conditions for that activity.

By using the website or creating a customer account, you agree to the provisions of these Terms that apply to website and account use. By submitting a booking and accepting the applicable Terms at checkout, you agree to the provisions governing that booking and the selected activity.

Booking and customer service

Role of ZHNI AGENCE and Mrhbazhni

ZHNI AGENCE operates Mrhbazhni as an online service for presenting and booking tourism activities in Morocco and for connecting travellers with independent local guides.

Depending on the selected activity, ZHNI AGENCE may:

  • publish and maintain activity listings;
  • display prices, availability and booking conditions;
  • operate the customer account and reservation system;
  • create provisional and confirmed booking records;
  • receive or coordinate customer payments;
  • issue booking and payment communications;
  • assign or coordinate an available independent guide;
  • communicate meeting and operational information;
  • manage customer questions, changes and complaints;
  • coordinate cancellations and eligible refunds.

Unless expressly stated for a particular activity, ZHNI AGENCE does not represent that it personally performs every guided activity through its own employees.

Platform and booking responsibility

ZHNI AGENCE remains responsible for the functions that it expressly undertakes through Mrhbazhni, including operation of the website, management of the booking process and customer support.

Activity performance

Independent Local Guides

Guided activities made available through Mrhbazhni may be performed by independent local guides selected or coordinated for the relevant destination, activity, date and time.

An assigned guide is responsible for the operational delivery of the guided activity, including:

  • attending the agreed meeting point;
  • delivering the agreed guided itinerary;
  • communicating relevant operational information;
  • adapting reasonably to local access or safety conditions;
  • treating participants professionally and respectfully;
  • complying with obligations applicable to the guide’s activity;
  • informing Mrhbazhni about a material delay or inability to attend;
  • protecting customer information received for the booking.

Independent guides are not employees of ZHNI AGENCE merely because they receive a booking or operational information through Mrhbazhni.

A guide is not authorised to change these Terms, promise a refund, modify the recorded price or create an obligation for ZHNI AGENCE unless the change is expressly confirmed through an authorised Mrhbazhni channel.

Guide assignment may change

Where necessary for availability, illness, operational continuity or another legitimate reason, a different suitable independent guide may be assigned to the same activity.

Booking customer

The Traveller and Lead Booker

The customer who submits the booking is treated as the lead booker and principal contact for the reservation.

The lead booker is responsible for:

  • providing complete and accurate booking information;
  • checking the selected activity, date and time;
  • providing a valid email address and contact number;
  • paying the amount due through an authorised payment method;
  • supplying accurate participant numbers and age categories;
  • communicating relevant conditions to all participants;
  • ensuring that participants can meet the activity requirements;
  • informing Mrhbazhni promptly about an identified error;
  • monitoring booking and operational communications;
  • attending the agreed meeting point at the stated time.

Information or conduct attributable to another participant may be managed through the lead booker where this is reasonably necessary for the reservation.

Booking for other participants

By including another person in a booking, the lead booker confirms that they are authorised to provide the necessary booking information and to communicate the applicable activity conditions to that person.

Applicable booking information

Documents Forming Part of the Booking

The conditions applicable to a reservation may be contained in several connected documents or website records.

Booking confirmation

The confirmed activity, date, time, participants, price and any expressly accepted special arrangement.

Product-specific conditions

The duration, meeting point, inclusions, exclusions, participant requirements and cancellation conditions shown for the selected activity.

These Terms & Conditions

The general rules governing the website, account, booking, payment and relationship between the parties.

Related published policies

Any applicable cancellation, refund, privacy or website-use policy expressly incorporated into the booking.

In the event of a direct inconsistency, an expressly confirmed product-specific or booking-specific condition normally takes priority over a general provision in these Terms, unless the apparent difference results from an obvious error or mandatory law requires another outcome.

Authorised written confirmation

An operational discussion or informal message changes a booking only where the change is clearly confirmed through an authorised Mrhbazhni or ZHNI AGENCE communication channel.

Agreement to the terms

Acceptance and Authority to Book

By submitting a booking, completing checkout or creating a customer account, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and the product-specific information applicable to the selected activity.

You also confirm that:

  • the information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • you have authority to make the booking for the listed participants;
  • you will communicate the relevant conditions to those participants;
  • you understand that guide assignment may be completed after booking;
  • you understand that a provisional record is not final confirmation;
  • you will review the confirmation and report material errors promptly;
  • you accept the conditions applicable to the selected activity.

Acceptance of these Terms does not exclude or reduce any mandatory consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

Mandatory consumer rights preserved

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or consumer protection where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable Moroccan law.

Distinct Roles, One Coordinated Booking

Mrhbazhni coordinates the digital booking relationship while the assigned independent guide performs the relevant guided activity. The exact activity, price, schedule and product-specific conditions are confirmed through the applicable booking records.

Customer access and booking information

Eligibility, Accounts and Customer Information

Customers using Mrhbazhni must have the legal capacity or appropriate authority required to create an account, submit a booking, use the selected payment method and act for any participants included in the reservation.

The information provided must be complete, accurate and sufficiently current for ZHNI AGENCE to manage the account, reservation, payment, customer support and operational coordination with the assigned independent guide.

Authority

The person booking must be legally able and authorised to submit the reservation.

Accuracy

Account, contact, participant and payment information must be accurate.

Security

Customers must protect their account, email access and booking references.

Authority to contract

Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You may create an account or submit a booking only where you have the legal capacity and authority required to enter into the relevant transaction.

By using the booking service, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into the booking;
  • you understand the activity and the applicable conditions;
  • you are authorised to use the payment method selected;
  • you are not using a false identity or impersonating another person;
  • you are not submitting the booking for an unlawful purpose;
  • you have authority to act for the participants included;
  • you will provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you will comply with mandatory legal and consumer-protection requirements.

Where a person does not have the legal capacity to enter into the booking independently, the reservation must be submitted and managed by a parent, legal guardian or other person properly authorised to act on that person’s behalf.

No transfer of legal authority

Access to another person’s email address, telephone or payment method does not by itself prove that the user is authorised to create an account or submit a booking for that person.

Customer access

Customer Accounts and Guest Checkout

Certain Mrhbazhni functions may require a customer account. Where guest checkout is offered, a customer may be permitted to submit a booking without maintaining a permanent account.

A customer account may be used to:

  • identify the customer connected with a booking;
  • store account and contact information;
  • display eligible orders and reservation records;
  • manage account details and saved addresses;
  • support password-reset and authentication functions;
  • access booking and payment-status information;
  • facilitate customer-service requests;
  • connect future bookings with the same customer profile.

An account is personal to the registered user and must not be sold, transferred or made available to another person as though that person were the registered account holder.

ZHNI AGENCE may send an account-creation, verification or password-reset message to the email address associated with the account. Receipt of such a message does not itself confirm that an activity has been booked or paid.

Account created

Customer access exists, but no activity is necessarily reserved.

Booking confirmed

The reservation has reached the confirmation stage described in the booking records.

Booking accuracy

Customer and Participant Information

Customers must provide information that is complete, accurate and sufficiently current for the requested account or booking function.

Depending on the activity and checkout process, this may include:

  • the lead booker’s full name;
  • a valid email address;
  • a reachable telephone number;
  • billing information required for the selected payment method;
  • the activity, destination, date and time slot;
  • the number of adults and children;
  • participant age categories where relevant to pricing or safety;
  • the agreed meeting point or pickup details;
  • relevant operational requests voluntarily submitted;
  • information reasonably required to manage the reservation.

The customer must review the information displayed at checkout and in the booking confirmation. A material error should be reported promptly through an authorised Mrhbazhni contact channel.

ZHNI AGENCE is not responsible for a delay, failed communication, incorrect participant arrangement or missed activity to the extent that it directly results from materially inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Price or eligibility may depend on accurate information

Incorrect participant numbers, age categories, dates or activity selections may change availability, price, capacity or the ability to perform the booking as originally submitted.

Authentication and access

Account and Credential Security

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect their account, registered email address, password and booking information against unauthorised access.

Customers should:

  • use a strong and unique account password;
  • protect access to the registered email account;
  • not share passwords or password-reset links;
  • sign out after using a shared or public device;
  • verify the website address before entering credentials;
  • avoid sending passwords through email or contact forms;
  • keep booking references private where appropriate;
  • report suspected unauthorised access promptly;
  • review unexpected account or booking messages;
  • keep browser and device software reasonably secure.

ZHNI AGENCE will not ask a customer to disclose an existing Mrhbazhni password, PayPal password, card security code or online-banking password for customer-support purposes.

Where suspicious access is identified, ZHNI AGENCE may temporarily restrict access, terminate active sessions, request a password reset or require reasonable verification before restoring access.

Report suspicious access promptly

Contact Mrhbazhni immediately where an account, booking or payment communication appears to have been accessed or changed without authorisation.

Group bookings

Bookings for Other Participants and Children

A lead booker may include other participants in the reservation where they have authority to make the booking and provide the necessary information for those participants.

The lead booker must:

  • provide accurate participant numbers;
  • select the correct adult and child categories;
  • communicate the activity conditions to all participants;
  • ensure that participants know the meeting time and location;
  • identify relevant mobility or accessibility requests in advance;
  • avoid supplying unnecessary sensitive information;
  • ensure that children are appropriately supervised;
  • comply with any product-specific minimum-age requirement;
  • ensure that each participant complies with conduct and safety rules;
  • obtain appropriate authority for information supplied about others.

A child or other participant who cannot independently enter into the booking must be represented and supervised by a responsible adult in accordance with the activity requirements and applicable law.

A product page may specify that an activity is unsuitable for certain ages, requires adult supervision or is subject to a particular participant classification. Those product-specific conditions form part of the booking.

Participant limits

The number and categories of participants must remain within the capacity shown for the activity. Additional participants are not automatically accepted because they arrive at the meeting point.

Digital booking records

Electronic Communications and Notices

Mrhbazhni is an online booking service. Customers agree that account, booking, payment, security and customer-support communications may be provided electronically where permitted by applicable law.

Electronic communications may include:

  • account-creation and password-reset messages;
  • provisional booking information;
  • order and payment-status communications;
  • booking confirmations;
  • meeting-point and activity instructions;
  • guide coordination messages;
  • cancellation, change or refund information;
  • customer-support responses;
  • security and account-access alerts;
  • updates required to manage an active booking.

The customer must provide an email address and telephone number that can reasonably be used for the booking and should monitor those channels before the activity.

A message is not necessarily proof of final booking confirmation unless its content and the recorded reservation status expressly indicate that the booking is confirmed.

Keep contact details current

A customer who changes email address or telephone number should update the account or contact Mrhbazhni where the change may affect an active reservation.

Protection of the service

Account Restriction, Suspension and Misuse

ZHNI AGENCE may restrict or suspend an account or booking function where this is reasonably necessary to protect customers, payments, guides, the website or applicable legal obligations.

This may occur in connection with:

  • suspected unauthorised account access;
  • fraudulent or disputed payment activity;
  • materially false or misleading information;
  • impersonation of another person or business;
  • abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct;
  • attempted interference with the website or booking system;
  • repeated creation of duplicate or fictitious reservations;
  • misuse of discounts, refunds or payment disputes;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • a material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably possible and appropriate, ZHNI AGENCE may request clarification or corrective action before applying a permanent restriction.

Restriction or closure of an account does not automatically cancel a confirmed booking, remove an outstanding payment obligation or require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.

Security reviews are not final findings of wrongdoing

A temporary restriction may be applied while suspicious activity is reviewed and does not necessarily mean that fraud or unlawful conduct has been conclusively established.

Personal Information and Account Records

Personal information connected with accounts, participants, communications and bookings is handled according to the Mrhbazhni Privacy Policy. Closing an account does not automatically delete invoices, payment records or other information that must still be retained for an applicable operational or legal purpose.

Activity selection and contract formation

Activity Listings, Availability and Booking Formation

Activity pages provide the principal information needed to select and request a tourism activity. Availability, participant capacity, price and guide coordination remain subject to verification until Mrhbazhni expressly confirms the booking.

Customers should review the activity page, selected date, time slot, participant details, price and product-specific conditions before submitting checkout. Different records may be created during this process, but they do not all have the same contractual status.

Product information

Activity Listings and Product-Specific Conditions

Each activity page is intended to provide the principal information reasonably needed to understand and select the activity.

Depending on the activity, the listing may include:

  • the activity title and destination;
  • a description of the experience and itinerary;
  • the expected duration;
  • available dates or time slots;
  • the meeting point or pickup arrangement;
  • minimum and maximum participant limits;
  • adult and child classifications;
  • included and excluded items;
  • accessibility, mobility or age information;
  • the displayed price and currency;
  • cancellation and refund conditions;
  • other relevant operational requirements.

Customers must review the complete activity page before submitting a booking. The information displayed for the selected activity forms part of the conditions applicable to that booking.

Photographs, maps and itinerary descriptions are intended to represent the type and character of the activity. They do not guarantee particular weather, crowd levels, lighting conditions, views, access conditions or an identical sequence at every performance unless a specific feature is expressly confirmed as essential to the booking.

Product-specific information takes priority

An expressly stated duration, meeting arrangement, participant requirement or cancellation condition on the selected activity page applies to that activity in addition to these general Terms.

Dates, slots and capacity

Availability and Participant Capacity

Availability shown on an activity page or booking interface is subject to the applicable capacity, schedule, operational requirements and guide availability.

Displayed availability may depend on:

  • the selected destination and activity;
  • the requested date and time slot;
  • the number and categories of participants;
  • the maximum capacity of the activity;
  • the availability of a suitable independent guide;
  • local access, opening and operating conditions;
  • previous bookings being processed at the same time;
  • technical synchronisation between booking records;
  • payment or booking-verification requirements;
  • other legitimate operational limitations.

A date or time slot being visible or selectable does not guarantee that the booking has been accepted. Availability remains subject to confirmation until the reservation is expressly shown as confirmed.

An internal guide assignment, proposed assignment or availability check does not independently confirm the customer’s booking.

Capacity is based on the confirmed participant count

Additional participants arriving without prior confirmation may be refused where the activity, guide arrangement, vehicle, pricing or safety capacity does not permit their inclusion.

Customer selection

Date, Time, Participants and Displayed Price

The price displayed during the booking process is calculated using the selections and pricing rules applicable at that stage.

The calculated amount may depend on:

  • the selected activity;
  • the requested date or seasonal period;
  • the selected time slot;
  • the number of adults and children;
  • the applicable participant classification;
  • group-pricing or capacity rules;
  • product-specific supplements or options;
  • the currency displayed for the activity;
  • any valid promotion expressly applied;
  • changes made before final checkout submission.

The customer must review the selected date, time, participant categories and total displayed at checkout before submitting the booking request.

A quote may change before checkout submission where the customer changes a selection, the provisional session expires or the applicable availability or pricing period changes.

Once a booking is expressly confirmed, ZHNI AGENCE will not impose an additional price merely because the standard price later changes. This does not prevent correction of an obvious error in accordance with the procedure described below or an additional charge expressly accepted for a customer-requested change.

Review before submission

The checkout summary should be treated as the final opportunity to identify an incorrect activity, date, time, participant category or displayed amount before submitting the request.

Temporary booking record

Provisional Reservations

When a customer begins the booking process, the Mrhbazhni system may create a provisional reservation before checkout or payment has been completed.

A provisional record may contain:

  • a temporary reservation identifier;
  • the selected activity and destination;
  • the requested date and time slot;
  • the selected participant numbers;
  • the calculated amount and currency;
  • customer contact information;
  • a pending or provisional status;
  • an internal booking or checkout reference;
  • a proposed guide or availability record;
  • technical information connecting the selection with checkout.

The creation of this record is an operational step intended to connect the activity selection with the cart and checkout. It is not an express acceptance of the customer’s booking request.

A provisional reservation may expire, be released or be cancelled where checkout is not completed, payment is not received, the booking cannot be verified or the selected activity is no longer available.

Provisional or pending Not finally confirmed
Confirmed Express confirmation issued

Submission of the request

Cart, Checkout and Booking Request

Adding an activity to the cart does not create a confirmed booking. The cart allows the customer to review the selected activity and proceed to checkout.

Before submitting checkout, the customer should verify:

  • the activity title and destination;
  • the selected date and time slot;
  • the participant numbers and categories;
  • the total price and currency;
  • the customer name and contact details;
  • the selected payment method;
  • the product-specific cancellation conditions;
  • these Terms & Conditions;
  • any expressly selected option or special arrangement;
  • the accuracy of the complete booking summary.

Submission of checkout constitutes a request by the customer to book the selected activity under the applicable conditions.

A WooCommerce order number, “order received” page, pending-payment status or on-hold status confirms that the request has been recorded. It does not necessarily mean that payment has cleared, availability has been finally verified or the tourism activity has been confirmed.

Terms acceptance at checkout

Where the checkout provides a Terms acceptance control, the customer must accept the applicable Terms before submitting the booking request.

Contract formation

When a Booking Becomes Confirmed

A booking becomes confirmed when ZHNI AGENCE expressly confirms the reservation through an authorised Mrhbazhni booking record or communication identifying the reservation as confirmed.

The confirmation should identify the principal booking details, which may include:

  • the booking or reservation reference;
  • the confirmed activity;
  • the destination;
  • the activity date and time;
  • the participant count;
  • the confirmed price and currency;
  • the payment or payment-verification status;
  • the meeting or operational information available at that time;
  • the applicable product-specific conditions;
  • relevant customer-support contact information.

For an online PayPal or card transaction, a successful payment status may be required before the booking is confirmed. For a direct bank transfer or account deposit, confirmation may remain pending until the funds and booking reference have been verified.

A payment authorisation or receipt does not by itself guarantee activity confirmation where availability or payment verification remains unresolved. Where payment has been received but the activity cannot be confirmed, the matter will be handled under the applicable change, cancellation and refund provisions.

The customer must review the booking confirmation and promptly report a material error. The confirmation should be retained until the activity and any related customer-service matter have been completed.

Express confirmation is required

The decisive status is the confirmed reservation communicated or recorded by an authorised Mrhbazhni process, not merely the existence of a cart, payment attempt or provisional reference.

Verification and correction

Availability Errors, Obvious Errors and Duplicate Requests

Although reasonable steps are taken to maintain accurate listings, availability and pricing, an error or technical inconsistency may occasionally occur.

Examples may include:

  • an unavailable slot remaining temporarily selectable;
  • a duplicate provisional reservation;
  • a duplicate checkout or payment attempt;
  • an incorrect participant classification;
  • an obviously incorrect displayed price;
  • a mismatch between the cart and reservation record;
  • an expired price or availability session;
  • a technical error in a booking confirmation;
  • a payment recorded against the wrong reference;
  • suspected automated, fictitious or unauthorised activity.

Before confirmation, ZHNI AGENCE may reject, release or correct a booking request where the activity is unavailable or the request contains a material error, duplicate record, unresolved payment issue or legitimate security concern.

Where a material error is identified after confirmation, ZHNI AGENCE will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available correction. A higher price or materially different activity will not be imposed without the customer’s agreement.

Where the confirmed activity cannot lawfully or reasonably be provided as agreed, the customer may be offered an appropriate correction, an equivalent alternative where accepted, or cancellation and an applicable refund.

Do not repeat payment without verification

Where checkout appears interrupted or a payment result is unclear, the customer should check the account, email and payment status or contact Mrhbazhni before attempting another payment for the same reservation.

Clear Confirmation and Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section permits ZHNI AGENCE to use a provisional status, technical error or availability check to remove a mandatory consumer right. Material booking information and any proposed correction must be communicated clearly and fairly.

Transparent pricing and authorised payments

Prices, Currency, Taxes and Payments

Prices for activities available through Mrhbazhni are displayed in euros unless another currency is expressly stated. The amount payable depends on the selected activity, date, participants, pricing rules and any expressly selected option.

Customers must review the final checkout summary before submitting the booking request. Payment must be made through an authorised method and remains subject to successful processing, verification and the separate confirmation of the reservation.

Transparent total

The amount payable to ZHNI AGENCE is displayed before checkout is submitted.

Authorised payment

Payment must use PayPal, an eligible card through PayPal or approved bank details.

Verified status

A booking is confirmed according to its recorded reservation and payment status.

Displayed amount

Prices and Currency

The standard transaction currency used by Mrhbazhni is the euro, identified by the currency code EUR or the symbol €.

The displayed booking amount may depend on:

  • the activity selected;
  • the activity date and applicable seasonal period;
  • the selected time slot;
  • the number of adults and children;
  • the applicable participant classifications;
  • group-pricing or capacity rules;
  • an expressly selected option or supplement;
  • a valid discount or promotion;
  • the inclusions and exclusions shown on the activity page;
  • changes made before checkout is submitted.

Unless the checkout expressly indicates otherwise, the final total displayed before submission is the amount payable to ZHNI AGENCE for the selected booking.

Prices shown in search results, promotional content or an earlier booking session may change before checkout where availability, selections, seasonal pricing or the relevant session has changed.

Once a booking has been expressly confirmed, a later change to the standard public price does not change the confirmed amount. This does not prevent an additional charge expressly accepted for a customer-requested modification or the fair correction of an obvious error under these Terms.

Transaction currency EUR — Euro
Amount to review Final checkout total
Currency conversion

A customer’s PayPal account, card issuer or bank may display or charge an equivalent amount in another currency. ZHNI AGENCE does not control the conversion rate, conversion margin or independent fee applied by that provider.

Total payable amount

Taxes, Included Items and Other Costs

Any mandatory amount charged by ZHNI AGENCE for the selected booking must be included in or clearly identified before the customer submits checkout.

The customer should review the activity page to determine which services, admissions, transport, refreshments or other items are included in the displayed price.

Unless expressly included, the activity price may not cover:

  • personal purchases and souvenirs;
  • food or drinks listed as excluded;
  • entrance tickets listed as excluded;
  • transport not included in the activity description;
  • optional upgrades or additional services;
  • additional participants not included in the confirmation;
  • voluntary gratuities;
  • fees charged independently by a bank or card issuer;
  • PayPal or provider currency-conversion costs;
  • expenses caused by the customer’s delay or separate arrangements.

A guide must not require an additional mandatory payment for an item expressly identified as included in the confirmed activity. Any material payment request that appears inconsistent with the booking should be referred to Mrhbazhni before payment.

Check what is included

The activity page and booking confirmation determine whether admission fees, transport, food, drinks or another service are included in the price.

No undisclosed mandatory charge

ZHNI AGENCE will not impose an undisclosed mandatory booking charge after checkout merely to provide the activity as already confirmed.

Online payment

PayPal and Eligible Card Payments

Mrhbazhni accepts online payments through PayPal. Depending on PayPal’s checkout options, location and eligibility rules, a customer may be able to pay using a PayPal account or an eligible debit or credit card processed through PayPal.

When this payment method is selected:

  • the customer may be redirected to or interact with PayPal;
  • PayPal may request payment and identity information;
  • PayPal determines which funding methods are available;
  • PayPal may request additional authentication;
  • the customer must authorise the displayed transaction;
  • PayPal returns a payment result or transaction reference;
  • Mrhbazhni records the relevant transaction status;
  • the transaction may remain subject to verification or review;
  • PayPal’s own terms and privacy information apply;
  • the booking remains subject to express reservation confirmation.

ZHNI AGENCE may receive information including the payer name, payer email, amount, currency, transaction reference and payment status. Complete card credentials and PayPal passwords must not be sent to Mrhbazhni by email or through the contact form.

A payment may be authorised, pending, completed, refused, reversed or reviewed according to PayPal’s systems and the relevant funding provider.

Mrhbazhni support does not require a PayPal password, complete card number, card security code or one-time banking code to verify a booking.

Offline payment

Direct Bank Transfer or Account Deposit

Where offered at checkout, a customer may pay by direct bank transfer or deposit to the business account identified in the authorised payment instructions issued by ZHNI AGENCE.

The customer must:

  • use only bank details supplied through an authorised channel;
  • verify unexpected changes to the beneficiary or bank details;
  • transfer the correct amount and currency;
  • include the order or booking reference where instructed;
  • pay within any period stated in the payment instructions;
  • retain proof of the transaction;
  • avoid sending online-banking credentials to Mrhbazhni;
  • contact support where the reference or amount is incorrect;
  • allow sufficient time for the funds to reach the account;
  • check that the booking has subsequently been confirmed.

A bank-transfer order normally remains pending or on hold until ZHNI AGENCE verifies that the correct funds have been received and can be matched with the relevant booking.

A transfer instruction, customer screenshot or debit notification does not by itself prove that cleared funds have reached the company account.

Where payment is not received or cannot be identified within the applicable period, the provisional reservation may expire or be released. Any later funds received will be investigated and handled according to availability and the applicable refund provisions.

Beneficiary verification

Do not transfer funds to a personal account belonging to a guide or another person unless ZHNI AGENCE has expressly authorised that payment arrangement in writing.

Unexpected bank-detail change

Contact Mrhbazhni through the official website details before paying where an email or message unexpectedly changes the beneficiary, account number or payment instructions.

Payment and reservation records

Understanding Payment and Booking Status

Mrhbazhni uses payment, WooCommerce order and booking records to manage different stages of the transaction. These records are connected but do not necessarily have identical meanings.

Status Typical meaning Activity confirmed?
Pending payment

The order or request has been recorded, but successful payment has not yet been confirmed.

No
On hold

Payment or manual verification is still required, commonly for direct bank transfer.

Not automatically
Processing

WooCommerce has generally recorded payment as received and the order is awaiting fulfilment or further processing.

Check reservation status
Confirmed reservation

The relevant booking record or authorised communication expressly identifies the tourism activity as confirmed.

Yes
Cancelled or refunded

The order or booking has been cancelled or an applicable refund has been recorded.

No

The wording visible in a payment provider, bank account or WooCommerce order must be read together with the Mrhbazhni reservation status and booking confirmation.

Where payment appears successful but the customer has not received a clear booking confirmation, the customer should check the account and email records or contact Mrhbazhni before making a second payment or attending the activity.

Payment received does not replace booking confirmation

The customer should rely on the expressly confirmed reservation for the final activity, date, time and participant details.

Payment problems

Failed, Duplicate, Reversed and Disputed Payments

A payment may fail or remain unresolved because of a refusal, interrupted checkout, incorrect authentication, provider review, insufficient funds, technical issue or mismatch between payment and booking records.

Where the result is unclear, the customer should:

  • avoid immediately repeating the same payment;
  • check the PayPal or bank transaction history;
  • check the Mrhbazhni account and email;
  • retain the payment or transaction reference;
  • verify whether an order or reservation was created;
  • contact Mrhbazhni before submitting another payment;
  • identify any duplicate amount or reference;
  • avoid sharing complete card or banking credentials;
  • allow an unresolved payment to be investigated;
  • provide safe evidence reasonably needed to identify it.

Where a duplicate payment is verified, ZHNI AGENCE will arrange the appropriate correction or refund for the duplicated amount.

A payment may also be reversed, charged back or disputed through PayPal, a bank or card issuer. ZHNI AGENCE may provide relevant booking, payment, communication and activity records to respond to that process.

A customer’s mandatory right to challenge an unauthorised or incorrect transaction is not excluded. However, knowingly submitting a false or abusive payment dispute may result in account restriction, cancellation of an unpaid activity or recovery of amounts lawfully due.

Payment reversal before the activity

Where an apparently completed payment is reversed or invalidated before the activity, the reservation may be suspended until a valid payment or resolution is recorded.

A payment problem can often be resolved more quickly when the customer provides the booking reference, transaction reference, amount, currency and payment date to Mrhbazhni.

Financial administration

Refunds, Reversals, Receipts and Invoices

Eligibility for a refund and the refundable amount are determined under the product-specific cancellation conditions and the cancellation, withdrawal, no-show and refund provisions of these Terms.

Where a refund is approved:

  • the refundable amount is recorded against the relevant booking;
  • the original payment is identified and verified;
  • the refund is normally returned through the original method;
  • another method may be used where reasonably necessary and agreed;
  • PayPal or bank processing time may apply;
  • the customer may receive a refund reference or status message;
  • the booking or order status may be updated;
  • the customer should retain the relevant transaction records;
  • currency conversion may affect the local-currency equivalent;
  • independent provider charges may remain subject to their terms.

ZHNI AGENCE cannot guarantee the time required by PayPal, a bank or a card issuer to display an approved refund after it has been initiated.

Where the original payment involved currency conversion, the amount displayed in the customer’s local currency may differ because of the exchange rate or provider conversion method applied at the time of the refund.

ZHNI AGENCE does not guarantee reimbursement of a conversion fee, bank fee or other charge imposed independently by the customer’s payment provider, except where applicable law or the relevant provider rules require another outcome.

A payment receipt, order record, invoice or comparable transaction document may be issued using the customer and billing information provided during checkout.

The customer should provide accurate billing information and request a necessary correction promptly. A correction remains subject to applicable accounting requirements and the ability to amend the relevant document lawfully.

The existence of a payment does not itself determine refund eligibility. The applicable cancellation timing, reason and product-specific conditions must also be considered.

Payment Questions or an Unclear Transaction?

Contact Mrhbazhni before repeating a payment. Include the booking or order reference, transaction reference, payment date, amount and currency, but do not send passwords, complete card details or online banking credentials.

Confirmation and operational delivery

Booking Confirmation, Guide Assignment and Meeting Arrangements

Once a booking is expressly confirmed, ZHNI AGENCE coordinates the operational information needed for the activity, including guide assignment, meeting arrangements and relevant customer communications.

Some operational details may be finalised after payment and booking confirmation. Customers must review communications sent to the booking email address or telephone number and report any material inconsistency as soon as reasonably possible.

Booking confirmed

The activity, date, slot, participants and price are recorded.

Guide coordinated

A suitable independent guide is assigned or confirmed.

Meeting information

The customer receives the point, time and operational instructions.

Confirmed reservation record

Booking Confirmation Details

The booking confirmation records the principal elements accepted for the reservation.

Depending on the activity and confirmation stage, it may include:

  • the booking or reservation reference;
  • the activity title and destination;
  • the confirmed activity date;
  • the confirmed time slot or starting time;
  • the number and categories of participants;
  • the confirmed amount and currency;
  • the recorded payment status;
  • the meeting point or pickup arrangement;
  • relevant preparation or arrival instructions;
  • customer-support contact details;
  • product-specific conditions;
  • an accepted special arrangement where expressly confirmed.

The customer must review the confirmation and report a material error concerning the activity, date, time, participants, amount or meeting arrangement promptly.

Silence after receipt does not authorise ZHNI AGENCE to replace a materially different confirmed activity, but a customer who delays reporting an obvious error may reduce the practical options available for correcting it.

Keep the confirmation available

The lead booker should retain the booking reference and confirmation until the activity and any related support matter have been completed.

Independent activity provider

Guide Assignment and Confirmation

Guided activities may be delivered by an independent local guide selected or coordinated according to the destination, itinerary, language, date, time and operational requirements of the booking.

Guide coordination may involve:

  • checking guide availability for the requested slot;
  • proposing an appropriate guide internally;
  • sending the activity details to the selected guide;
  • requesting the guide’s acceptance or availability confirmation;
  • recording the assignment against the reservation;
  • sharing limited customer information required for coordination;
  • communicating the meeting point and starting time;
  • confirming relevant language or itinerary requirements;
  • arranging a replacement where reasonably necessary;
  • monitoring material operational issues reported before the tour.

An internal proposed assignment does not create a right for the customer to receive a particular guide. The operational assignment is complete when the relevant guide has been accepted or recorded through the authorised Mrhbazhni process.

The customer may not require disclosure of private contractual, financial or administrative information concerning the guide.

Independent status

Guide assignment for a booking does not make the guide an employee of ZHNI AGENCE or authorise the guide to modify these Terms, the recorded price or refund eligibility.

Operational continuity

Guide Changes and Suitable Substitution

ZHNI AGENCE may replace an assigned guide with another suitable independent guide where reasonably necessary to preserve the confirmed activity.

A substitution may be required because of:

  • illness or personal emergency;
  • unexpected unavailability;
  • transport or access disruption;
  • a scheduling conflict or material delay;
  • language or itinerary requirements;
  • a safety or professional-conduct concern;
  • failure to confirm the assignment;
  • local administrative or operational restrictions;
  • force majeure or circumstances outside reasonable control;
  • another legitimate continuity requirement.

A suitable replacement guide should be capable of delivering the substantially agreed activity under the confirmed conditions.

A change of guide alone does not automatically create a right to cancel or obtain a refund where the guide’s personal identity was not an expressly confirmed essential feature and the activity can still be provided substantially as agreed.

Where the identity or particular qualification of a named guide was expressly accepted as an essential booking condition, the effect of a substitution will be assessed according to that confirmation and applicable consumer rights.

No materially inferior replacement

A substitution must not be used to impose a materially different activity or remove an expressly confirmed essential requirement without informing the customer and obtaining agreement where required.

Starting location

Meeting Point and Pickup Arrangements

The applicable activity page or booking communication identifies the agreed meeting point, pickup arrangement or location from which the activity is intended to begin.

Meeting information may include:

  • the name of the landmark, venue or accommodation;
  • a street address or map reference;
  • a recognisable entrance, gate or public place;
  • the agreed starting time;
  • recommended arrival time;
  • guide-identification or contact information;
  • pickup limitations in restricted-access areas;
  • walking instructions from a nearby vehicle-access point;
  • information needed to identify the group;
  • an updated location where a justified change is required.

The customer is responsible for checking the location in advance and allowing reasonable travel time. An accommodation name alone is insufficient where several properties have similar names or where the supplied address is inaccurate.

Pickup is included only where it is expressly stated on the activity page or confirmation. A general request for pickup does not become part of the booking unless it is expressly accepted.

Where a vehicle cannot access the customer’s exact location because of pedestrian zones, narrow streets, restrictions, road closures or comparable local conditions, a nearby accessible meeting point may be communicated.

Operational contact

Communications With Mrhbazhni and the Assigned Guide

ZHNI AGENCE may use the customer’s booking email address and telephone number to communicate information reasonably required to administer and deliver the confirmed activity.

Operational communications may concern:

  • confirmation of the guide assignment;
  • meeting-point clarification;
  • pickup access or accommodation details;
  • a reasonable guide delay;
  • a replacement guide;
  • local access or itinerary information;
  • weather or safety considerations;
  • participant-count clarification;
  • an accepted special request;
  • day-of customer support.

Limited contact information may be shared with the assigned guide where reasonably necessary to identify the customer, coordinate the meeting and deliver the booked activity.

Communications made directly with a guide do not modify the booking price, cancellation rules, refund eligibility or these Terms unless the change is expressly confirmed by ZHNI AGENCE through an authorised channel.

Customers should not disclose payment passwords, card security codes, online-banking credentials, passport copies or other unnecessary confidential information to a guide.

No unauthorised side payment

A customer should not make an additional mandatory booking payment to a guide’s personal account unless ZHNI AGENCE has expressly authorised the arrangement in writing.

Starting the activity

Arrival, Punctuality and Delays

Customers should arrive at the confirmed meeting point with enough time to identify the guide and begin the activity at the agreed starting time.

The lead booker should:

  • verify the date and local starting time;
  • check the meeting point before departure;
  • allow time for traffic and local access conditions;
  • keep the registered telephone reasonably reachable;
  • inform Mrhbazhni promptly about a material delay;
  • avoid relying solely on an unverified map search result;
  • keep the booking reference available;
  • ensure all confirmed participants are ready;
  • follow any stated pickup or arrival instructions;
  • contact support where the guide cannot be located.

No universal waiting period applies to every activity unless one is stated in the product-specific conditions or confirmation.

Where the customer is late, the guide may need to shorten or adapt the itinerary so that the activity remains within the agreed end time, access hours or subsequent operational commitments.

A material customer delay may be treated under the applicable late-arrival or no-show rules where the activity can no longer reasonably be performed.

Where the guide is delayed, the guide or Mrhbazhni should make reasonable efforts to inform the customer. The appropriate remedy depends on the duration and effect of the delay, including whether the activity can still be provided substantially as agreed.

Do not leave immediately without checking

Where the guide cannot initially be located, the customer should check current messages and contact Mrhbazhni before leaving the meeting point where it is reasonably safe and practical to do so.

Operational assistance

Day-of Support and Verification

A customer requiring assistance before the activity should contact Mrhbazhni using the official contact details or an authorised booking communication.

Useful information may include:

  • the booking or reservation reference;
  • the lead booker’s name;
  • the confirmed activity and destination;
  • the scheduled date and starting time;
  • the confirmed meeting point;
  • the registered telephone number;
  • the guide’s name or contact where already communicated;
  • a concise description of the issue;
  • the current safe location of the group;
  • relevant messages already received.

Customers must not publish passwords, complete card details or confidential booking information publicly when seeking support.

ZHNI AGENCE may verify the booking, contact the assigned guide, clarify the location, coordinate a replacement or provide another proportionate operational response.

Customer support cannot guarantee that every late or last-minute request can be accommodated, particularly where it would change availability, participant capacity, guide scheduling, access conditions or the agreed activity.

A Confirmed Activity With Coordinated Local Delivery

ZHNI AGENCE manages the booking and operational coordination through Mrhbazhni, while the assigned independent guide delivers the guided activity. Customers should retain the confirmation, monitor their registered contact channels and arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time.
